Kenapa harus mempromosikan Bangsa Kenegerian?

Sebagai rakyat Malaysia, kita harus memikirkan apakah perlu mempromosikan bangsa kenegerian seperti bangsa Johor, bangsa Melaka, bangsa Selangor, bangsa Kedah dan sebagainya. Kita juga harus memikirkan tanpa emosi apakah dengan mempromosikan atau mengujudkannya kita dapat melahirkan perpaduan sebagai sebuah bangsa Malaysia?

Majoriti rakyat Malaysia terdiri daripada orang Melayu. Dengan mengujudkan bangsa kenegerian itu nanti sudah pasti wawasan kita untuk mengujudkan satu bangsa – Malaysia, satu Bahasa – Malaysia dan satu negara – Malaysia akan menemui kegagalan bahawa akan memecah belahkan bangsa itu sendiri. Semangat dan identiti Malaysia akan luput. Seterusnya Malaysia juga akan berpecah.

Lihat apa yang berlaku di Soviet Union (Kesatuan Soviet). Negara Soviet telah di bubarkan pada 26 Disember 1991 dan tercipta Komanwel Negara Merdeka (COS). Persatuan dan Kesatuan Soviet hancur lupus.

Saya tidak gemar untuk mengaitkan Singapura dalam isu ini. Tetapi sebagai bandingan mungkin ada perlunya.

Mendiang Lee Kuan Yew, bekas perdana menteri pertama Singapura pernah menyatakan bahawa Singapura bukan sebuah negara Melayu, Singapura bukan sebuah negara Cina dan bukan sebuah negara India. Singapura ada sebuah negara dan hak milik Singaporean. Apa makna-nya ini. Lee Kuan Yew ingin membina atau mengujudkan sebuah negara Singapura bukan berteraskan suku kaum. Hanya dengan mengujudkan bangsa Singapura akan dapat melahirkan sebuah negara Singapura yang kuat dan kukuh.

Pandangan Mantan Perdana Menteri Malaysia, Tun Dr Mahathir ada asasnya demi untuk sebuah bangsa Malaysia.

Hasrat Dengki/Dendam Tunku Aziz terhadap Tun Mahathir

Menurut laporan media bahawa bekas Naib Pengerusi DAP, Tunku Abdul Aziz Tunku Ibrahim berkata dakwaan Tun Mahathir mengenai penglibatan tiga Tan Sri untuk menyingkirkan Perdana Menteri Datuk Seri Najib Tun Abdul Razak boleh meletakkan keselamatan negara dalam keadaan berisiko dan dianggap mengkhianati kepercayaan rakyat.

Awal dari ini Naib Ketua UMNO Malaysia, Khairul Azman membuat laporan polis kononnya ketiga Tan Sri, iaini Tan Sri Dr Zeti Akhtar Aziz, bekas Gabenor Bank Negara, Tan Sri Abdul Gani Patail dan Tan Sri Dr Abu Kassim Mohamed, bekas Ketua Pesuruhjaya Suruhanjaya Pencegahan Rasuah Malaysia (SPRM) terlibat dalam satu konspirasi untuk menggulingkan Perdana Menteri.

Khairul Azwan Harun telah di panggil oleh PDRM untuk dirakamkan kenyataannya. Setelah itu, menurut IGP bahawa Khairul Azwan Harun tidak mempunyai bukti dan tuduhan beliau (Khairul) hanya berasaskan kepada andaiannya.

Tetapi Tunku Aziz membisu seribu bahasa setelah IGP membuat kenyataan tersebut. Tunku Aziz tidak mendesak PDRM supaya menyiasat Khairul Azwan dibawah Section 182 of the Penal Code dimana Khairul Azwan telah membuat laporan palsu. Tidak kah tuduhan tersebut boleh meletakkan keselamatan negara dalam keadaan berisiko dan seterusnya mengkhianati kepercayaan rakyat? Dan boleh menimbulkan kebencian rakyat terhadap tokoh negara yang banyak mencurah bakti kepada negara?

Jika dilihat kepada rekod negara, tiga Tan Sri yang bersangkutan lebih berbakti kepada negara berbanding dengan Tunku Aziz. Bilamana ada orang yang membuat laporan palsu terhadap mereka (Tiga Tan Sri)  mengapa Tunku Aziz tidak menggesa PDRM supaya mengambil tindakan keatas Khairul Azwan?. Apa jasa dan khidmat yang telah di lakukan oleh Tunku Aziz  kepada bangsa, agama dan negara? Menjadi Naib Pengerusi DAP? Itu yang dibanggakan? Apakah jasa dan bakti Tunku Aziz kepada bangsa Melayu dan agama Islam semasa memegang jawatan Naib Pengerusi DAP?

Apabila Tun Mahathir menimbulkan isu yang sama Tunku Aziz melenting dan menyalak sepertimana dilaporkan oleh media.

Sepertimana dikatakan diatas, apabila Khairul Azwan membuat laporan palsu dalam isu yang sama, kenapa Tunku Aziz membisu? Dan kini mengapa pula Tun Mahathir menjadi sasaran Tunku Aziz?  Jika beliau (Tunku Aziz) mempunyai akal yang waras atau hati-nya tidak diselimuti dengan perasaan dengki dan dendam terhadap Tun Mahathir, beliau tidak akan meroyan dan menyalak.

Apa yang dilakukan oleh Tunku Aziz hanyalah seperti pepatah melayu, seperti anjing menyalak di lereng bukit. Bukit tidak akan runtuh. Harus di ingat apabila Tun Mahathir berkata sesuatu tentu mempunyai asasnya dan tidak seperti Tunku Aziz yang gemar menyalak dan berasaskan perasaan dendam, hasrat dan dengki.

Why a New Party - Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad

1. I am surprised that there are people asking why a new party should be formed.


2. It should not if the dominant party in the Government coalition is playing the role and upholding the objectives for which it was formed or even some semblance of them.


3. Earlier when suggestions were made for a new party to contest against UMNO, they were rejected as it was hoped that if Najib ceased to be its president, UMNO could be resuscitated and regain the support of the people. The BN could still continue to be the Government of Malaysia.




4. But rapidly this idea became untenable. For one thing the wrong doings of Najib had become more open and serious. Not only was 1MDB losing billions but it was unable to pay debts. Then it was discovered that Najib had more that 2.6 billion Ringgit in his private account. A Prime Minister of Malaysia should not have this kind of money in his account no matter how he may have acquired it.


5. Then it was found that Najib had a total grip on UMNO. Any criticism of his leadership was not tolerated. Critics were expelled and tame leaders were put in place. They all seem to be obligated to Najib despite his wrongdoings. A vote of no confidence in him became impossible.


6. A personality cult was built up so that Najib could not be challenged or deposed. Nothing else mattered to UMNO, especially to UMNO members of Parliament.


7. It became clear there was no way for a leadership change and UMNO to be resuscitated.


8. With these developments the idea of a new party to contest against UMNO became not only attractive but also absolutely necessary.


9. UMNO is a race-based party. Until 2004 this race-based party had won the support of all races through a coalition with other race-based parties. Even the multi-racial parties in the BN were race-based.


10. The sophisticated and highly educated urban people may believe that racial politics is not in keeping with the times. But on the ground it is different. For the rural people who largely are poor, race is not only important but they believe is essential for their well-being. UMNO’s popularity is because it is a racial party.


11. If the new party is to compete with UMNO, it must give the people in the rural constituencies and the unsophisticated urban constituencies the kind of comfort associated with UMNO’s kind of racism.


12. Still the new party is not to be confined to Malays only but to all indigenous people – the Bumiputeras. Besides it is ready to accept Bumis and non-Bumis as associate members.


13. I have studied the fate of the parties which won independence in other countries. Most of them have disappeared. They had lost to new parties formed after independence because invariably they forgot the purpose for which the parties are formed and abused the power accorded them for personal gains.


14. UMNO had lasted much longer. But under Najib it forgot completely the purpose for which it was formed. Najib has brought shame to this once admired country. The whole world looks down upon Najib for being the worst Finance Minister of Malaysia and for all kinds of wrong doings perpetrated by him.


15. Only a new party can revive the country’s glory of the past. The new party will take cognisance of the changes in the thinking of all Malaysians. We had made progress. Our people are better educated, and are better off in many ways. Their perceptions of things and their aspirations have changed.


16. The new party will restore democracy and the rule of law which have been denied and abused by Najib.


17. The separation of powers between the legislative, the executive and the judiciary will be upheld. Additionally the legal service represented by the Attorney-General will be separated from the judiciary. The AG may not pass judgement over reports made to the police except when the reports are vexations and irrelevant. Even then the AG must give his reasons to the public and not just say there is no case to answer. Certainly he must not put the reports under the Official Secrets Act.


18. Any suspicion of corruption must be investigated and the report made public. All Malaysian officials must be seen to live within their means. This include all members of the Cabinet.


19. Foreign observers will oversee elections and will have full access to the operations of the election, both Government and Opposition.


20. The anti-corruption commission will have non-Government members. All transactions by Government must be transparent.


21. Borrowings by the Government must not exceed amounts fixed by Parliament. Guarantees by Government should regarded as borrowings by Government.


22. These are some of the things the new party will struggle for. It will strive to improve the performance of the Government and give a better life for the people. It will try to regain the respect and honour of this nation in the eyes of the people and the world.




23. UMNO cannot do all these anymore. That is why a new party has to be formed.


24. We aspire to serve the people. We pray the people will help us achieve our aspirations for them.

Najib Kata Tindakan Sivil Bukan Jenayah

Jika tidak ada salah laku, tidak akan ada alasan untuk merampas aset.

Jadi sementara tiada seorang tertentu di tuduh salah laku oleh pihak berwajib Amerika Syarikat dan Singapore, mereka khususnya adanya konspirasi dana haram dikesan di 1MDB.

Melebihi AS$3 billion dalam dana yang bertujuan untuk mengembangkan ekonomi Malaysia dan membantu rakyat Malaysia telah dicuri, penggaliran dana haram melalui institusi kewangan Amerika digunakan untuk memperkayakan pegawai-pegawai dan beberapa sekutu mereka. Pejabat Peguam Negara Amerika mengeluarkan kenyataan pada 20 July 2016.

Tindakan sivil hanya berusaha untuk mendapatkan kehilangan AS$1billion nilai aset termasuk beberapa dari rakyat Malaysia – kerana jumlah dana tersebut telah di curi.  Mencuri itu sendiri satu perbuatan jenayah.

Mungkin terlalu awal untuk menyatakan berlakunya kesalahan jenayah tetapi ianya juga merupakan satu kesilapan untuk menyatakan tidak ada jenayah dilalkukan oleh kerana tidak ada tuduhan jenayah difailkan. Mengfailkan tindakan sivil tidak bermakna tidak ujudnya pendakwaan jenayah. 

Sebenarnya saman sivil biasanya difailkan untuk mendaptakan ganti rugi kewangan dan beban bukti adalah lebih rendah berbanding dengan saman jenayah yang biasanya penalti dan penjara. Di Malaysia kes kes jenayah difailkan selepas saman sivil atas sebab yang sama.

Is Lying to the police a punishable in Malaysia?

UMNO Youth Vice Chief Khairul Azman lodged a police report on three high profile individuals to topple the Prime Minister and the government. The three individuals are : -

1.     Tan Sri Dr Zeti Akhtar Aziz, former Bank Negara Governor

2.     Tan Sri Abu Kassim Mohamed, former Chief Commission Malaysian Anti Corruption Commission

3.     Tan Sri Abdul Gani Patail, former Attorney General

On July 26, Khairul Azwan claimed to have in his possession evidence relating to the involvement of the three Tan Sri to topple Prime Minister and the government. Such accusations are very serious in nature which could create instability of the country.

According to Inspector General of Police, Tan Sri Khalid Abu Bakar that police have stopped investigation into the report made by UMNO Youth Vice Chief Khairul Azwan. The IGP said that early investigation shows Khairul has made the report based on assumptions.

Police brushed off allegations that they were biased in dealing with the case over a report lodged by UMNO Youth Vice Chief Khairul Azwan Harun. IGP Tan Sri Khalid Abu Bakar said that in this case (involving) Khairul Azwan we have weighed in everything after reviewing his statement, so, we decided not to proceed with any action.

It is the person who makes the allegations who must prove the truth of what he has alleged by way of the imputation conveyed.

People who make police reports cannot be sued because they enjoy a certain immunity but this protection is lost if there is element of malice. Filing a false report can lead to multiple criminal consequences.

If we goggle in the internet, much has been written about defamation which refers to damage the reputation of an individual or any entity. The primary purpose of defamation laws is to protect a person’s reputation.

In Singapore, lying or more precisely false information on the authorities such as the police, is criminal offence punishable by fine and imprisonment. Pursuant to Section 177 of the Penal Code when a person is legally bound to provide information to the authorities but deliberately offers false information instead, he may become liable for a fine, imprisonment or both.

In Miami, filing a false report is serious criminal offence in which most individuals accused face felony charges. Felony convictions lead to up to five years in jail and a $5,000 fine.

The person who made the false report may also be liable for a civil suit, if their report cause damaged to another’s reputation. The primary purpose of defamation laws is to protect a person’s reputation.

If the police reluctant to take action against Khairul Azwan for making false police report, perhaps the three Tan Sri’s may take civil suit against against Khairul Azwan and the UMNO Youth.

Naib Pemuda UMNO wajid di saman

Di Malaysia, semua orang tahu bahawa tiada seorang pun ahli UMNO yang mempunyai keberanian untuk membuat laporan polis terhadap sesiapa sahaja terutama sekali terhadap tokoh negara TANPA perbuatan sedemikian mendapat kebenaran pemimpinya atau orang sekelilingnya.

Begitu halnya apabila Naib Pemuda UMNO Malaysia Khairul Azwan membuat laporan polis terhadap 3 tokoh negara, Tan Sri Abdul Gani Patai, bekas peguam negara, bekas gabenor Bank Negara Tan Sri Zeti Akthar Aziz dan bekas Pesuruhjaya Pencegahan Rasuah Tan Sri Abu Kassim Mohamed.

Naib Pemuda UMNO yang berkenaan telah membuat laporan bahawa ketiga-tiga Tan Sri terlibat dalam satu konspirasi menggulingkan Najib dan kerajaan Malaysia.

Dakwaan Khairul seperti berikut : -

 "SAYA, KHAIRUL AZWAN BIN HARUN SEMASA BERADA DI PEJABAT DI ALAMAT TINGKAT 28, MENARA DATO ONN, PWTC, KL, MEMPUNYAI SEBAB-SEBAB UNTUK MEMPERCAYAI BAHAWA INDIVIDU-INDIVIDU YANG DINAMAKAN BERIKUT:

1) TAN SRI ABU KASSIM BIN MOHAMED (BEKAS KETUA PESURUHJAYA SPRM)

2) TAN SERI ZETI AKHTAR AZIZ (BEKAS GABENOR BANK NEGARA)

3) TAN SRI ABDUL GHANI PATAIL (BEKAS PEGUAM NEGARA)

ADA SECARA BERSEORANGAN DAN/ATAU BERSAMA TERLIBAT DALAM SATU KONSPIRASI MENGGULINGKAN YANG AMAT BERHORMAT PERDANA MENTERI DATO' SRI NAJIB SERTA KERAJAAN MALAYSIA YANG SAH, MEKANISMA YANG DIGUNAKAN OLEH SESIAPA DI ANTARA MEREKA INI, ADALAH SEPERTI BERIKUT:

Atas laporan polis yang buat, PDRM telah memanggil beliau untuk mendapatkan keterangan selanjutkan.

Mengikut Ketua Polis Negara semua dakwaan oleh Khairul Azwan hanya bersadarkan andaian-andaian sahaja. Dan kes di “tutup”.

Kenapa dakwaan palsu dan fitnah Naib Pemuda UMNO di tutup? Tidak kah ini satu pembohongan yang dilakukan kepada PDRM dan pembohongan Khairul sangat siris melibatkan tokoh negara? Selepas ini boleh kah rakyat Malaysia yang lain melakukan perkara yang sama iaini membuat laporan polis palsu berdasarkan andaian terhadap sesiapa sahaja? Saya yakin dan percaya sudah pasti ada SOP polis yang menyebut bahawa sesiapa sahaja yang membuat laporan palsu boleh di dakwa di Mahkamah?

Kepada ketiga-tiga Tan Sri di harapkan dapat bertindak menyaman malu terhadap Naib Pemuda UMNO Malaysia, Khairul Azwan atau mendesak beliau memohon maaf secara terbuka. Perbuatan polis sedemikian rupa tidak boleh dibiarkan kerana ini melibat reputasi dan integriti PDRM.
