Bravo Malaysian Bar council

We strongly support Malaysian Bar’s council decision to seek a judicial review to challenge the Pardons Board’s decision to commute the sentence of former Prime Minister Datuk Ser Najib Bin Tun Abdul Razak.

2.Former prime minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak (son of Malaysian Second Prime Minister) was sentenced to 12 years' jail and fined RM210 million after he was found guilty of all seven charges related to the misappropriation of RM42 million of SRC International funds.

3.Until now, Najib has not paid the fines of RM210 million and is it not appropriate and unfair for the government to use tax payers money (public money)  to continue paying the stolen money (with interest) and Najib is free.

4.Najib not paid a single cents the money he stole. But the rakyat are holding the debt that Najib Razak did. It will take generations to settle the stolen money.

5.Based on justice, we reiterate our strong support for the Malaysian Bar Council's decision.
